These General Conditions of Sale for private customers constitute the Contract applicable to the sale offered on the website of FLOW CHECK owned by FLOW CHECK BUCEO, SL, with registered office at Cardenal Reig street number 13, CP 08028 of Barcelona, ​​and CIF number B-73625485.


FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. will provide the Client with the Authorized Technical Service for the revision of diving instruments as well as the sale of the material that is requested.


The Client will request the sale or provision of the service by completing the web form made available to them on this page. For the remission of your request, you must previously accept the Privacy Policy, the Legal Notice and these General Conditions of Sale and Contracting of Services.


Once the application form has been submitted, the Client will receive an email within twenty-four business hours of receiving the request, confirming receipt of acceptance.


The Client must notify FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. any change in your data. To correct any error or modify the data provided through our service request form, send us an email to the address, including in the subject the reference 'MOD DATA', in accordance with the provisions of the article 27 of Law 34/2002, of June 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, FLOW CHECK BUCEO, SL informs the Client that it will not archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, the Client being able to access these Conditions of Contract permanently through this page, store and reproduce them. This Agreement is formalized in the Spanish language. If these Contract Conditions are accessible in other languages, in case of contradiction, the provisions of the Spanish version will prevail.



The Client will pay FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. the amounts for the Service provided according to the current rates detailed in Rates include I.V.A. Payment will be made in advance by bank transfer to the account number provided by FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. once the provision of the service has been requested. Exceptionally, payment will be authorized prior to the shipment of the equipment, which will be made by bank transfer or operation with a validated credit card or authorized payment platform. The equipment that is withdrawn in store may be paid in cash at the time of being withdrawn or making the purchase in store.

All purchases made by order will be paid in full previously and by the same means described in the previous paragraph.

The rates published on this website have indicative value, the prices with contractual value are remitted through a written estimate or at the current PVM rate available in the physical store.



The shipping costs, according to the current rates detailed in, will be borne in any case by the customer, the transport company being any of those designated by FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. including those relating to the warranty period of the services provided. Optionally, the client may request the collection of their equipment to review under the same conditions as the shipments.


Shipping costs in material sales, if any, will be borne by the buyer and will be budgeted at the time of the budget request or at the request of the client, being the power of FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. select the transport company to hire.



The diving instruments will be considered delivered when they have left our premises. The Client, upon receipt of the instrument, will be obliged to examine it in case it presents any damage or is incomplete, in which case he must notify the transport agency in writing within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours from the reception.




The work carried out by FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. They will be guaranteed for three (3) months. The warranty includes the replacement of parts and labor due to manufacturing defects of the parts or poor adjustment of the same. The guarantee does not include the replacement of parts due to natural wear, lack of maintenance, improper use, blows or modification or repair by personnel other than FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. The guarantee is limited to the replacement of the defective part and not to the complete set and, in any case, it will be the decision of FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. The warranty deposit brand will repair the equipment or replace it with a new one. An amount stipulated in the fee will be charged for the management of any guarantee of equipment that has not been purchased at FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. and that will be charged upon delivery of the equipment. The guarantee does not cover the collection and / or shipping costs that will always be paid by the customer.



No changes or returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of purchase. To make any change or return it will be essential that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that it is accompanied by the purchase ticket or invoice. In the case of products that by their nature require to be removed from the original packaging (suits to confirm the size, for example), it will be at the discretion of FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. Determine if unsealed items, or out of their packaging, are excluded from the warranty.





The Client is responsible for the works expressly requested. If, after reviewing the diving instruments by the staff of FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L., other services than the one requested are necessary, the Client will be informed, and FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. demand payment of the time invested by said staff due to the incorrect request for the service.




 In accordance with the provisions of article 4 of Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, the right of resolution is excluded due to the nature of the content of the provision of services object of this Contract. In any case, and without prejudice to the foregoing, the Client expressly waives the right to terminate this Agreement. Likewise, the parties agree that FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. initiate the works requested prior to the period of seven (7) days from the receipt of the request for the provision of the service, so, in accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, no The right of withdrawal by the Client will apply.



The Client may submit their complaints and claims through the email address, or by letter addressed to FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L., calle Cardenal Reig 13, 08028 in Barcelona. The email or letter sent for these purposes must indicate in the subject the reference 'CLAIM', containing in the body of the same the following information: Name and Surname of the User, ID number. and contact telephone number, invoice number and certificate number of work performed on which the claim is presented. It must also include a description of the cause that motivates the claim and specify the property claimed.

FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. will resolve the claim in a period not exceeding 3 months, and the client may go to the competent consumer administration in the event that said resolution is not in accordance.






The personal data provided by the Client will be included in a file / s duly registered in the RGPD, owned by FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. The fields in the form with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and their lack of response will make it impossible to carry out your request. FLOW CHECK BUCEO, S.L. Allows users to correct or modify the information provided or report problems with the website. Please inform us of any variations that may occur in the data provided. Your data will be processed in order to meet your request for the provision of services, manage the contractual relationship, as well as to send, by traditional and / or electronic means, commercial and advertising information about our products and services, unless expressly has objected to it, or communicates it at the email address, or by written communication addressed to the entity's address located at calle Cardenal Reig 13, 08028 Barcelona. This Contract is governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
